We were founded on a straightforward belief: that highly regulated industries deserve consultants who truly understand their world, including the complexity of GxP environments, the stakes of compliance, the pace of pharmaceutical manufacturing, and the organizational dynamics of large-scale programs. That belief shapes everything about how we work.
Our Story
QSE7 was founded in 2016 by Andy Glemser, who built the firm on 30+ years of pharmaceutical consulting experience, including program leadership during one of the most demanding regulatory interventions in recent industry history. When a leading pharmaceutical company's consumer group operated under an FDA Consent Decree in the early 2010s, Andy managed Quality System Element 7 (Product Development, Tech Transfer, and Product Lifecycle Management), which was one of nineteen quality system elements the company rebuilt from the ground up under regulatory oversight. That experience of managing a critical quality program under intense regulatory scrutiny formed the foundation of what QSE7 the consulting firm would become.
Makena Grispo joined as Co-Founder in 2021, bringing technical depth in data systems, process automation, and operations management that transformed QSE7 into a full-service consulting organization capable of delivering across project management, digital tools, quality, and documentation.
Since then, QSE7 has grown to a team of professional, cross-functional consultants embedded across programs at leading pharmaceutical and consumer health companies.
